In response to the recent development of the COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to follow the latest advice and recommendations from the WHO and local authorities.

We have increased our prevention measures including increased cleaning and sanitizing frequency.

The arrival will be in SELF CHECK-IN mode with a code to minimize the contact between staff and guests. We provide telephone support 24/24 throughout the stay.

We are continuously updating our Cancellation policy to reflect the most recent developments related tho COVID-19. Our aim is to offer you as much flexibility as possible.

Effective April 1,2020 we have implemented the following updates to our cancellation policy:

• 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
  50% refund (less service charge) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
  No refund if you cancel 30 days before check-in.​
